Dog Boarding

At Friendly Paws Littles, prioritizing the comfort and happiness of our boarding guests is our topmost commitment. We go above and beyond to ensure that every furry friend not only enjoys a safe and nurturing environment but also experiences a sense of being right at home. We firmly believe that dogs should have ample opportunities for exercise and socialization. That’s why we provide our overnight boarders with extensive playtime and socialization in our fenced-in play areas. Additionally, on inclement weather days, our indoor play area offers a safe and fun space for your pup to enjoy. For those who prefer solitude, we offer a separate, gated area where they can soak up the fresh air without interacting with other playgroups. Finally, at the end of a fun-filled day, we understand the importance of rest and relaxation. That’s why we ensure our guests receive just that.

Dog Boarding Tips and Reminders

For the well-being of our first-time boarders, a half-day of daycare is mandatory before boarding to conduct a thorough behavioral assessment.
Plan ahead and make your reservations early, as our overnight dog boarding tends to fill up quickly.
Provide proof of vaccinations at the time of the boarding request. Reservation requests will not be processed without current vaccination records on file. Please make sure your dog’s Bordetella vaccination has been updated within the last six months.
All new boarders over the age of 13 years must provide a letter from their vet approving their boarding stay. Returning boarders will be approved, with or without a letter, at the discretion of management.
To minimize any upset stomachs, avoid feeding your pet in the hours leading up to drop-off, as being in a new environment can be stressful.
Allow for extra time on the day of drop-off so that we can go over all necessary information to make your pet’s stay as comfortable as possible.
Please inform us of any behavior or medical problems your pet may have, such as:
• Allergies
• Medications
• Separation anxiety
• Behavioral issues
As a pet owner, you are financially responsible for any veterinary care that may be required for your pet during their stay with us. Any information that may help us care for your pet is important.
For the safety of our guests and staff, we reserve the right to deny boarding/daycare to any dog showing aggressive behaviors upon check-in.
If your pet doesn’t like to be away from home, we offer in-home pet sitting options and services. Please contact a member of our staff at 412-489-6587 to discuss these options.
